Where do you ship to?

We ship to most countries and territories worldwide, including USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, Asia, and beyond. Some remote areas or countries under sanctions/restrictions may not be available—check during checkout or contact us to confirm.

Free shipping applies to standard/economy tracked service worldwide (where available).

How long will shipping take after my order is processed?

Delivery times are estimates only (starting from when your order ships) and depend on your location, carrier, and customs. Here are typical ranges:

  • Asia (e.g., Singapore, Japan, Taiwan): 3–7 business days
  • USA / Canada: 4–10 business days
  • Europe / UK: 5–12 business days
  • Australia / New Zealand: 5–12 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–14 business days

How can I track my order?

A tracking link will be sent to your email as soon as your order has shipped. If you don’t see tracking after 7 business days, contact us right away.

Will I pay customs or import fees?

Some countries may charge local duties or VAT. If required, your local courier will notify you. 

What happens if my package is lost, delayed, or damaged?

  • Damaged on arrival: Take photos of the package and item immediately and contact us within 48 hours—we’ll handle it per our Return & Refund Policy (replacement or refund).
  • Lost by carrier: We insure all shipments and will file a claim, then reship or refund you fully (including shipping fees).
  • Significantly delayed (beyond estimate + 10 days): Reach out with your order number—we’ll track it down and assist.
